We feel the need to address this letter to you to express our gratitude and appreciation for the care you provided to our mother over the years, with such love and patience.

Throughout these years, your institution became a new home for our mother until God decided to take her by His side. We, her children, feel that we made the best choice by selecting your institution for her care and hospitality. We thank you once again and wish you strength to continue your valuable and challenging work.

Our sorrow during these difficult times is eased by knowing the care and warmth she found in your hands, in your environment—a warmth and kindness, a human approach that she could not have found even in her own home. And even if she were in her own home, who would look after her since she had no daughters of her own to care for her? At Storgi, she found the daughters she never had in the faces of your staff.

I would like to use this paper to express my feelings and gratitude to an institution whose name encapsulates exactly what it stands for. This institution is called Storgi, something that, I believe, very few people find today. This care is what my mother found. In this institution, she found love, care, cleanliness, and such attention that even if she had been in my own home, she might not have received.
